 September 27, 2015

I love Church!   We just attended our daughter's ward for Sacrament meeting as they had their Primary Sacrament Program.  They are always my favorite Sacrament meetings of the year.  It is always fun to visit the different wards of our children and watch our grandchildren sing and do their parts.  As usual the program was fantastic.

I am so grateful for the testimonies that the children bore through music and the spoken word.  The Spirit was so strong and touched my heart that I know what they taught was true.  I especially loved the last song they did as their final testimony.  They sang "I Know That My Redeemer Lives".  It is one of my favorite songs, but the arrangement they sang was truly inspiring and amazing.  I could not hold back my tears as they sang.  There are no words to describe the Spirit that I felt.

I know the Church is true.  I know my Savior atoned for my sins.  He lives and loves me.  He has provided a way for me to return to live with Him someday.  I know we have a living prophet today and we have the wonderful opportunity to listen to our prophet next week if we listen to General Conference.  I know that Joseph  Smith was a true prophet and was the instrument in the Lord's hands in restoring the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  And I know The Book Of Mormon is the word of God.
