We had a wonderful Sabbath day. We decided to spend part of our time on Temple Square. We took several pictures of the construction site and I will post those pictures later after I retrieve them from our regular camera. We found a nice shady spot near the North Visitors Center (which is closed to the public). We started our weekly Zoom Come Follow Me with some family and friends. We had the Temple behind us for a beautiful backdrop. While we were waiting we visited with some sister missionaries and asked if they knew Sister
Halee Glenn
. They said they would find her and let her know we where we were. It was against the rules to schedule a meeting with her as friends dripping in and we didn't want to get her in trouble. As it turned out she had a teaching assignment while we were there and the teaching center is in the North Visitors Center so she came by a little into our Come Follow Me meeting. It was so fun to see her even though we couldn't give hugs. We did get some pictures! You can't tell very well in the picture, but Sean and MyLiege's family are on the phone zoom meeting so they could be in the picture too. It was so much fun. After our wonderful discussion we said our goodbyes until next week and headed to our next destination. We spent the night with Steve's niece,
Catherine L Wozab
and her husband, Mike and her son Michael. They own a beautiful Bed and Breakfast in Gunnison, Utah. By the way, they are looking to sell it so they can move to Colorado to be near grandchildren. I will post pictures tonight. We have seen some beautiful country, but it doesn't compare to the beautiful Oregon territory where we live. As
Katie Call Lofts
said on Saturday, "the trees here are just big bushes. They don't know what trees are here."
